Faith-Space Rules
1. Faith-Space reserves the right to take down any posts it feels are inappropriate without notification to the member who made the post. . Any ideas, opinions, thoughts expressed on Faith- Space are not necessarily those of Faith-Space, Ames International School Of Ministry, Ames Christian University, Dr. Vince Rizzo or the staff members of these ministries.
2. Anyone who fails to follow the Faith-Space forum Rules and Regulations will forfeit their membership in Faith-Space and they will be banned from the site.
3. There will be no divisive political conversations on the Forums. If you support a particular person or law please don't express your personal opinion about them or it. It's OK to bring to the attention of other members new rules and/or laws concerning Christianity but leave your personal opinions out of it.
4. No doctrinally divisional posts will be allowed. No exceptions! We don't need or want to get into deep doctrinal discussions that divide the body. We want the focus to remain on Christ crucified, resurrected and preaching the word. The posts on the forum should be positive, productive, and free from finger pointing.
Remember the primary purpose of the forum is to give Faith-Space members a place to communicate, exchange stories, gain knowledge, receive encouragement, and to help each other be the best Christians and Evangelists we can possibly be.
5. No soliciting other members for financial donations for any cause whether for business, personal or ministry needs.
6. This is not the dating game or the love boat! There will be no facilitation of personal
relationships that are more than friendships or any flirtation type of conversation on the Forums. If you have feelings for someone and want to pursue a relationship with them, do it off the forum
7. No profane language will be tolerated on the forum. Need we say more?
8. You must treat all other members with the love and respect you would give to Jesus at all times. No one is to make harsh or coarse joking about another member whether in private or in public.
9. By posting and/or uploading information to the Faith-Space forum, you are granting Faith-Space permission to use those items in any way they want or deem necessary.
10. There WILL BE NO posting of phone numbers in the comments section of members web pages, if you want a member to have your phone number ask them if they want it then send it via email message.
11. Pictures posted on the site must be wholesome and Christ Honoring.
We reserve the right to ban any member that violates these rules without warning.
General Guidelines for the Ning Network
Just like with any online service, you should exercise common sense when using Ning. Below we’ve outlined some simple guidelines to keep in mind:
* Create strong passwords and keep them secure, which means you should never share your password with anyone! No one on the Ning Team will ever ask you for your password.
* Adjust your privacy settings so they match your level of comfort and remember to review them often.
* Be cautious about posting and sharing personal information, especially information that could be used to identify you or locate you online, such as your address or telephone number.
* Report members and content that violate our Terms of Service to the Network Creator or directly to us.
* Block anyone who sends you unwanted or inappropriate communications and report it to the Network Creator or directly to us.
* Don’t post anything that would embarrass you later. Think twice about posting a photo or other information you wouldn’t want your parents, potential employers, college or boss to see.
* Don’t say you’re older than 18 if you’re not and don’t say you’re younger than 18 if you’re not. If we determine that you're under 13 and are pretending to be older, we'll have to disable your account. If we determine that you're over 18 and are pretending to be a teenager to contact underage users, we will disable your account.
