Vince and Laura Rizzo are Directors of Ames International School of Ministry and Vince is the President of Ames Christian University, now with over 21,000 students worldwide. They have been in evangelistic and pastoral ministry for over 20 years, including teaching pastors from around the globe. During their public ministry, they have ministered through radio and television and they have preached in hundreds of churches and are now overseeing all the day to day affairs of two international schools. Vince and Laura, who married in 1985, first began by working in many positions within the church for many years in whatever capacity and door God opened. Eventually the Lord opened doors in various cities as they developed their faith by working in conjunction with church feeding programs in the inner-cities and Christian rehab programs.

God eventually used this training ground to operate and pastor their own homeless outreach mission church for several years which was affiliated with the Dream Center out of Los Angeles, California, owned by Tommy and Matthew Barnett. With the help of over 60 volunteers from area churches, this homeless mission provided church services, hot meals, a weekly food basket distribution program, clothing, toiletries, hair cuts, medications and medical checkups by the Salvation Army, and was a referral service for other agencies to 12,000 persons per year out of a small 700 square foot storefront with no kitchen facilities!!!!!! God can truly use whatever you give Him!!!

Together they were also Directors of a Christian Discipleship Training Center from a miraculously donated $2,000,000 property with a 14-unit motel and 45-seat restaurant on eight acres. This was utilized to facilitate a no-cost, one year, Quality-of-Life Program for men, ages 18 and up, who were suffering from addictions. This facility was operated solely by faith, prayer and a small monthly newsletter which miraculously covered their $5,000 overhead each month. How great is the faithfulness of God!! They truly saw "the loaves & fishes multiplied" every month, year after year.

Vince also had the privilege of attending Faith International Training School under the auspices of Dr. David T. Demola, graduating in 2002 and then was asked to teach pastors from around the world the principles of faith he learned through God's training. These classes were taught in Fort Myers and also transmitted via satellite to students at Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center located in Sayreville, New Jersey. Well known teachers at this school included Bob Yandian, Bobby Jean Merrick, Robert Cornwall, Neil Gass and others.

Vince also assumed the position of the Director of the Helpdesk for 20,000 students at the Online Bible College out of Newcastle, Austraila and then was asked to become a Board Member.

He also worked with Bellsouth Internet in as a tech support troubleshooter for their 3,000,000 customers.

These two positions prepared him to found Ames International School of Ministry in September, 2003, under the covering of Ames Christian University, in Naples, Florida, which was founded by Todd Wieland.

As Ames International School of Ministry was birthed under the covering of Ames Christian University, both Vince and Laura were able to obtain their Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Ames Christian University. Vince then went on to receive his Doctorate degree (Ed.D) from Therapon University in the concentration of Christian Education, as well as a (DBA) from Spenser University.

As of January 1, 2005, Vince and Laura have also become the Directors of Ames Christian University as Vince was named President and CEO by Todd Wieland. Since that time ACU and AISOM has grown to over 20,000 students in 156 nations and has 46 extension centers around the world.

Their goal is to provide quality education to students in an affordable venue so that students encounter God's presence in their lives, their work , their church and their community. Their greatest desire is to train students to go beyond salvation, to live holy lives, fight the good fight of faith, and to love as Christ loved, thus changing the world for Christ.

As Vince and Laura are not currently pastoring, they are working in full time ministry operating the schools and ministering in churches. They are currently available to minister at your church or conference or revival services on a love offering basis, plus room and travel expenses. Vince teaches and ministers prophetically. Laura also speaks and sings and is available for women's conferences.
